Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Recommended)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat Rate: $12.95 (all order values)
  • Best for: Faster delivery with full tracking

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or restrictions.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every plush pal to find its perfect home. If yours didn’t quite meet your expectations, our baby-soft returns process makes it easy.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging (especially important for Baby Safe Plush with Sound collection)
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Plush Baby Rattles (once removed from packaging)
  • Soft Baby Books that show signs of use
  • Any item that fails to meet our return condition requirements

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Subject: Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item name and reason for return
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely repackage the item with all original materials, attach the return label, and drop at a DHL/FedEx location.

Step 4: Processing

We’ll inspect your return upon arrival and process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
