Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included (especially important for our Baby Safe Plush with Sound collection)
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Plush Baby Rattles (once removed from packaging)
- Soft Baby Books that show signs of use
- Any item that fails to meet our return condition requirements
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery. Please include:

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging and include all accessories. Attach the provided return label and drop off at your nearest DHL/FedEx location.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
